All members are bound by the Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics is the basis for members’ commitment to the community and the residential metal roofing industry in Victoria.

1. Members agree to observe the highest standards of honesty, integrity and respect in all their dealings with customers, competitors, suppliers and other organisations and individuals
2. Members are committed to delivering reliability, quality and value to all customers.
3. Members will deliver the highest standard of workmanship and promote better understanding of new materials and new work methods and their proper application.
4. Members will provide appropriate training and professional development to all new and existing employees.
5. Members will in conjunction with the Association promote the benefit of metal roofing apprenticeships
6. Members will comply with all legal requirements that relate to the industry
7. Members shall aim to develop and maintain best practice standards in occupational health and safety and environmental issues relating to their businesses and the community.
